How about email notification every time you release a new transcript? And maybe you can include a link to your PayPal page? Is it possible to automate this so you don’t have to lift a finger?
And I like the package idea. But doesn’t it make more sense to make the transcripts cheaper the larger the package you buy? If I understand the package rates you described in your post, you’re charging the most constant users more than the dabbler, no?
I await my first transcript. I’m ready, I’m ready. Just bring him on.

Hi Sandra,
A email notification is a good-idea, right now I do everything by hand so I\’ll look to see if maybe Paypal has some nice tool to use.
You\’re right about charging the more frequent users more, which isn\’t right, anybody have any ideas on how to incentise this?
My idea right now is to make it cheaper for the early buyers, and hey, maybe an even bigger discount for those on my email list!
Keep the ideas coming, geez…I\’m getting busy!

Hi Lantian, Have been away… just catching up…love the idea of transcripts of the banter…but don’t want to blow the limited budget away on extras I may not get to fully utilize. I’m up for the often extra though(in the scale of always/often/sometimes/never)…definitely! Good luck with the enterprise…it’s sure to be a winner. Hope this doesn’t mean you’ll be so busy you’ll be absenting the Chinesepod forum…I look forward to your bits of comment.
